This Briefcase Opens Into a 27-Inch Smart TV

📺 Yes, That Briefcase Is Actually a Television

Most briefcases carry laptops, paperwork and the vague possibility of an important meeting. This one opens to reveal a 27-inch Full HD smart touchscreen. The LG StanbyME Go takes the idea of portable entertainment very literally, building a complete smart display into a protective briefcase-style shell so movies, shows, games and music can travel from room to room or head out on the road without requiring a television stand, wall mount or suspicious amount of furniture rearranging.

🧳 Open It, Tilt It, Spin It, Watch It

The screen is designed to be moved into several viewing positions. Raise it for a traditional horizontal TV setup, rotate it into portrait orientation, or leave it flatter in table mode when that suits the content better. The touchscreen adds another layer of control, while a remote is included when reaching across the room feels unnecessarily energetic. Its built-in battery provides roughly three hours of viewing under typical test conditions, which gives the whole thing enough independence to escape the nearest wall outlet for a while.

🍿 A Proper Smart TV Hiding in Portable Clothing

This is not simply a monitor waiting for someone to connect a laptop. It runs webOS with access to supported streaming apps and LG Channels, while Apple AirPlay makes it easy to mirror compatible devices. There is also HDMI, USB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for everything from game consoles to external media. The 1,920 by 1,080 display supports Dolby Vision, while the built-in 20-watt four-channel speaker system supports Dolby Atmos for a surprisingly cinematic setup considering the entire thing can be closed up and carried away.

🎁 For Anyone Whose Screen Needs Travel Plans

This is a wildly memorable gift for gadget lovers, campers with ambitious entertainment standards, people who move around the house constantly, or anyone whose dream setup includes being able to carry a television by the handle. It can work in a bedroom, patio, workshop, vacation rental or anywhere else a regular fixed TV would be inconvenient. When the show is over, fold it back into the case and the room immediately stops looking like a small electronics department.
